Continuing problems with the ad system

Earlier, I created and submitted another ad, but yet again my ad is missing all text!! The attached screenshot shows clearly that everything was in order, including the 30-second duration setting, yet somehow I went wrong somewhere, but I just cannot understand what...

 

Many thanks... Guess what? I did finally see the ad various times on different ad-boards, so that's some good news, even in places like T.peaks; but the last 'url line' is chopped off :/ , so I'll definately still send in a support case...

 

Yep - I did check both the preview and the ad-board at the ad-terminal and both were showing the complete ad. However, MA have suggested to me (and it' was only a suggestion and not 100% a certainty) that re-editing the text too many times before finally submitting the ad might cause problems, and I admitted that I did re-edit some of the lines various times. Anyway, I've since re-done the ad and this time it was fine ;)

 

I don't think I had more than one running at the same time, although there could have been a slight overlap. The 'fifth re-run' that I did, finally turned out to be OK, but I don't recall doing anything diffrent from the fourth re-run that this topic is to do with (the one that was displayed but had the 'url line' chopped off). The first three attempts, I didn't see at all, even after standing infront of most of the main ad-boards for minutes on end, just a blank screen showing for 30 seconds inbetween other ads, that I'm sure was my slot.
Anyway, as I've finally got an ad working properly, and as MA are unlikely to give any refund, I'm just putting it down to experience...
