Things have not been going well for me lately, lots of cost and little reward! I had, had several "This creature didn't carry any loot" messages in a row when thankfully this came along :).

Gratz Cee! Geez, you are lucky to be a Knifefighter... There are a lot of relatively cheap shortblades with SIB to skill up. The (L) Longblades are quite expensive for my budget... So I keep trying to graduate using the Valor :(
I have no idea of the cost of Longblades, the Vass I am currently using cost me about 830 PED and has lasted about a week, with me not hunting an awful lot, it's currently at about 20% so I will be lucky if it sees me through the weekend. The new shortblades seem set at a reasonable price but they are beyond my current skill levels and I don't yet know how long they last. I suspect my next blade will be at around the 1K mark, not exactly cheap. I keep hoping for a string of globals or a decent HoF to try to get back some of the cash but so far it's been hard :). Not gonna give up trying or bitching about it either :). If you or anyone else fancies some Melee Madness at some point let me know, if I have a blade at the time I'll be up for it :).
