As probably all of you know Calypso is now under heavy siege by the mutant forces. There's a lot of action around the orbs where brave colonists do everything to defend the planet from the bloodthirsty and aggressive mutants. Last night me and a few of my fellow Rangers soc mates formed a team to help defend the streets of Hadesheim. Around the orb and the Hades C Teleporter the radar was dense with red dots; Feffoid, Umbranoid and Mulmun Elites all over the place, hungry for fight. We saw on the HoF list that the Mulmun Elites had a lot of entries during the day, they seemed the biggest threat so we focused our firepower on them as often as we could. And they sure are tough, with a HP around 14k (afaik almost as much as the biggest Daspletors for example) it took some time to bring them down, even with a team of 6-7. It was a lot of fun, one of the best soc hunts we have had with tons of action and rather good loots. During the evening we scored almost 20 globals, of which 3 were very nice HoFs: :twinrifles:
