Well I am on the 8th day now and a full 7 days since my first support case and no answers yet. I really badly want to stay have this fap and sword working and play play play As it is now I am totally run out of stuff to do... I have a hard time deciding to stay or go back now I want so bad to keep playing here and see what comes but its not very fun standing around. I explored every single spot I could here and pretty sure I did not miss anything. Even if support told me a for sure that the sword and fap will or wont be fixed thats fine at least then I know if I should wait or leave..... Lately I camp the arrival tp hoping to see a green dot so I have something to do showing someone around heheh Really I want so much for this to be best fun place to play thats why I went through so much to get here... Have hard time deciding now...
That just sucks. I guess Next Island staff isn't much better than MindArk/FPC staff regarding support cases. Hopefully something happens for ya soon Kitten though I have a feeling that NI is no different than Calypso. Hopefully Arkadia will be better? Poor Ozi.... he's coming along so late in the game with Arkadia that he'll be crucified VERY quickly if anything goes wrong. Between Calypso's long history of problems, RockTropia's repeatable missions and ES scanners dropping, and now Next Island's Greece "issue"..... players from all over are pretty much fed up with ALL PLANETS. I'm still rootin' for ya Kitten. I feel bad for you because after all you did to get to Greece you can't even play it properly. I'm afraid that by the time they fix it there'll be a few other GD's around and reality is... YOU deserve a good week of PROPER game play there by yourself after all your hard work and effort. Menace
menace rt missions are supposed to be repeatable i just got back from there dj global for instance, he calls you repeatedly, for the same mission, it's supposed to b that way
I filed a Next Island ticket maybe 2 months ago -- guess who responded: Planet Calypso Support. I think at this stage theyre the same entity with a different skin on the web portal. I could be wrong, or the situation may have changed since then. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Hmm... When I couldn't get the Underwater Passage TP to work, I filed a support ticket with PC. They wrote back and told me I had to submit it to NI support.
Hate to brake it to you but all support is MA support really. How do i know? Same names on support responses from Calypso support and Rocktropia Support. I also think that the first like 10 people there should all get something for there efforts in being real entropia pioneers.
Actually it's divided support. Anything related directly to the planet, mostly just PR stuff is handled by planet support. Platform support by MA. At least that's how it's supposed to work. And it would be nice if Mr. Post rewarded some of the real pioneers, like Kitten for being the first to Greece to get a very much needed warning to the rest of us.
