Was at the MindArk website today and cam across this little bit, which I have not seen there before. So, this is either new, or they want to showcase that a bit for some reason.
Nice find. If one of the requirements to get rated is to trade for over 10 years its probably new. Hope they get AAA soon (if posible, I'm not sure if all companies can get AAA or AA is the best for MA)
i never unsertsand what really is AAA, and i dont even know that have a AAm where i can find a good source about this?
Well I guess we all "lent" them cash a year or so ago didn't we? And to be fair they've been pretty good at paying us back, even if it has been at a lower interest rate than expected. Wistrel I am of course talking about the CLD's
why do we need the American Accounting Association? no really, what meaning of AAA is implied here? First I thought advanced anti aliasing or some other form of SMAA or graphics thingy; but not sure of this.
The A's state your financial status or credit worthiness. This works for counties, banks and companies. You can go from a D, which is very bad to AAA which is the top mark. AA is just one step behind that so it seems MindArk is doing better then we might have thought. Those marks are given on a world wide scale by Moody's, S&P and Fitch and it seems there are other companies that can do the same, probably for smaller companies. As a comparison The United States also has a AA rating as does China. Sweden on the other had has a AAA status as does Canada, Australia and Holland . As far as I can see there are no countries with a lover then B, like Egypte and Venezuela This is how the rating works: AAA AA A BBB BB B CCC CC C
First the Hermes Arward, then voted #2 MMO in the world, now an AA badge. MindArk is a true achiever.
