Hi Soulflame, Just to let you know NOTM does not run every month. I do not know if you can be allowed into the February event, hopefully Cantbe will be on line soon and will answer you question more fully.
Yes, as long as they are Entropia Related, or may be allowed if it's a personal project of your own. Post 'em up - if they're not allowed they'll be removed, and being as you asked nicely you won't be thought any the worse of ;) PS I think you're too late for this time on NOTM, but Cantbe has the final word...
