Achievement - Dr Shepherd's Beach

    Not sure if this is a bug, or just because of the way I went about things.

    There is an achievement for finding Dr Shepherd's Beach, which can only be attained during the mission Lost First-Wave Elysians. As you will see from the pic below I have completed that mission, but haven't got the achievement. When I got the mission to go to Shepherd's Beach from Samuel, I TP'd there, the mission completed when I approached Dr Shepherd's lab but that's all.

    Some possibilities
    - it's bugged
    - you have to go from Samuel to Dr Shepherd on foot
    - the achievements unlocked after I had completed the mission, not staight after the VU

    I have been back to Crystal Center and traveled to Dr Shepherd on foot, which did nothing, as I had already completed the mission.

    Also, any achievements I had before the vu have been wiped.

    I didn't get either achievement and went into the hole :)

    I went into the hole first time I was there and didn't get anything, but Gretchen said you have to go down to the bottom, so I went back. I checked and I was at vertical 9 when I got the achievement. The hole goes down to 6.

    I had the same problem and tried the same solution (except I drove) and stiil do not have the achievement.

    Additionally all my Cali achievements are greyed out.

    Yes, I also went back and tried when I gathered all the items, and swam to the bottom and still nothing. Oh well, I guess 3 months isn't enough time to do an update.

    there's something wrong with achievements, it seems like all past achievements got wiped out. In the end, the achievements don't mean a lot, aside from now, the 3 associated with discipleship.

    I also have that problem - no achievement Dr. Shepherd's Beach.

    I went with Valk, following the beach but not on beach all times (due to an area with hills). One thing I didn't do though was using the teleporter near the tent.

    However it seems like the old achivements are back now.
    (Yay! King of the Apes!)
