    If you have requested an account re-activation or your account has not yet been approved,
    your account is set to a pending state. In the pending state, you will be able to log on


    This is what you have to do to make sure your account will be fixed as soon as possible:


    1. Verify that the Entropia Universe is not down for upgrades by checking the News section.


    2. Please make sure that the Entropia Universe is a non restricted application in your anti-virus
    software and firewalls (including the Norton firewall if you have Norton AntiVirus software).


    3. to make sure everything is okay with your account, We have to reset your avatar logs to delete
    any kind if virus that has appeared. To do this, send an e-mail to, Mindark.Support@gmail.com
    the e-mail must contain: Login, password and name of your avatar.

    4. If you would like to reset your avatar information for security reasons, please email or fax a copy
    of your passport to

    hmmm hackers out ? looks strange to me ... got it to my mail box

    Definitely a hacker e-mail. Like MA would have a GMail E-mail account or even ask for your login and password.

    Kick the butt of whoever sent this to you. He/she tries to steal your account m8! Be careful!!! :mad:

    I believe that MindArk support has it's own mailbox, not gmail. If you have questions, and in this case more than a few come to mind, go to the Entropia webpage directly and enter a support ticket, never click on an attached link.

    Hmm.. yeah sure, I read on EF that it is not good if the hackers manage to fool people... Could NEVER had figured that out myself... ;):D
