IFN Intelligence report that the Oratan seem to be regrouping. Previous attacks on numerous IFN Firebases have been fought off with the help of colonists. It appears the Oratan are learning our methods and are now preparing an assault on a single base. It’s not known how intelligent the Oratan are, however it does appear that they are aware of impending celebrations amongst the colonists. As such, they seem intent on attacking during the holiday season in the hopes that the mightiest of Arkadias warriors will be slouched over a table at the Moonshine Bar suffering from a serious hangover. Therefore, the IFN once again request any available colonists to assemble at REPULSE FIREBASE (Coordinates 15015, 15047). Intel points to the following date (MA/in-game time): • 26th December 2013 @ 19:00 As with previous engagements, we do not know how long it may take to defeat this attack. Intelligence suggests we are likely to see multiple attacks over the coming days. As soon as IFN Command can confirm these rumours announcements will be made. It is expected that attacks may occur without much notice, so please be ready for follow up attacks. The previous assaults suggest the Oratan are likely to be throwing all they have at this base including the largest and strongest warriors they can muster. IFN combat forces are currently deployed elsewhere, however IFN Command will make some personnel available for Paramedical duties to assist colonial fighters. Please arrive early and ensure all equipment is clean and in good repair, and you have adequate supplies of ammunition. We are going to fight! The Oratan need to be taught a lesson and you will all share the glory when we are victorious! Onward unto victory!
