How exactly does a PILL put loot in your inventory? Why, for example, it's not an Autoloot Bot? You know, a little drone thingie collecting all the loot from the corpses, that would be very well imaginable. Why does noboby at MindArk give a fuck about consistency, continuity and details? Like so many times it wouldn't have cost a penny to make things better and right.
On Ark there is instance for oratan pay back daily mission where you get loot in inventory automatically. No need pills, pick ups or manual looting. Well you need to pay entrance with arkoins but you do it to get dropship (like flying pitbul) and skills and rumor is that you get value back with loot what is ofc in MA hands as all loot to calculate and deliver. Its surprising that they left ark team to do it without pills.
