While on Cyrene and doing missions, one is Lord Psychion.. I killed enough Merfolken, got the message that I should go kill Lord Psychion and he is not there. After relog still not there, killed Merfolken again - still not there, next day still not to be found. It still says I should go kill him and the tracking spot shows on the beach area but there is no Lord Psychion to be found. Ofc I could also not do the following mission regarding Lord Halbird ... My travelpartner is two missions ahead, unfair!!!
The thing with Lord Psycidon is ... he spawns way over on the outer island area where the marker on your map is, but not sure why he isn't showing up for you. I've followed several people around while doing missions and they haven't had any issues with this whatsoever, so it's quite strange. Also, if you have any bug reports or issues that you're having on Cyrene, it might be best to post them in the bug reports section at the Cyrene Forum, because Ed and Kris read that forum frequently and make note of what they need to address. I know multiple forums isn't easy for everyone, but with having several planets, each planet has its own forum where information relates just to that planet, and organized in a way that makes it very efficient for feedback. on CyreneForum got the tip to "steal" Lord Psychion from someone elses quest but that does not sound like a valid solution for me, so for now I just left the quest open..
