  1. Note, to deposit via Bank Transfer you will have to deposit 100 USD or more.

I have also gotten my 3.5 ped from my Land Deed.

The wiki page is now featuring a tiny 'tool' to track the Revenues of Calypso Land Deeds.

It's rather a beta version yet and will be improved and expanded asap.

It's quite easy to use. You click "Add record", use a date picker to pick the date when the revenues have been paid, enter the value of the revenue in a field, enter the amount of deeds generating these revenues, click 'Save'.

The 'tool' automatically calculates revenue per deed in PED as well as the projected % p.a. It also generates a basic graph to show the performance over time. Go have a look: Calypso Land Deeds Revenues.

It is planned to have more graphs when more data becomes available. It is also planned to have a RSS feed showing the latest payout. Wiki can provide any kind of content in RSS Feeds/Items, if you need something specific for your website and don't know how to create feeds on the wiki just let me know.

Any suggestions, bug reports, criticisim, contributions, etc. more than welcome.

  6. Nice Tass. I was JUST thinking today if this would be possible.

Great to see the revenue go up too! :P

Ok just to play devils advocate, but is the sale of the deeds also covered in the revenue?
I mean that's than probably why the revenue went up, or did we really spend about 2x what we did the week before?

I lack the time to calculate correctly but I think it's safe to say that it is not included. We calculated somewhere how much would have to be spent in a year to get ~30% ROI and I think our result was... ~7 Million USD ?!? The deed sale should have raked in almost 20% of that in 4 weeks. So... if deed sales were included in the revenue we should have got way more PED.

May I ask how you get to these values?

  10. how to receive the peds from the land deeds?

  11. Captee, there is a new feature called PED Flow Center or something like that - you can find it in the actions library. If you use it, a window will appear with a button in the lower right corner which can be used for transfering to PED card

You can access it easier by just right clicking on your PED card.

  13. When is the payout date? Sunday or Monday? (GMT zone)

  14. EU time it's usually from 1:00 to 2:00 am, pretty early Mondays (or late Sundays )

I think it is easier to use the desktop right click menu :D
PED Flow Center is the 5th option, then you don't have to worry about finding your inventory first ;)

    You own one deed?
For me it is evened out to 2 decimal numbers and the rest is zeros.
Which means I lost some pecs so far!

Time to stack my deeds and see if it makes a difference!
