Planet Calypso: Calypso Land Deeds Revenues

Hard to say, but I think 10 is caused by Mayhem and the previous 2 PED revenue is caused by Christmas - nobody was playing and depositing :-) Maybe it is shifted by one week and 10 was for the week starting with Dec 19th. The delay before the last revenue was received is also interesting - was it caused by the year break?

I want to know more, of future construction, on acquired land deed. Lack of information there is not much demand for the land deed. What can be built on the site, in addition to the home, whether it is possible to build retail space and resell them, or it will be possible to build apartments buildings?

What we know so far is in this press release.

So we have Citizenship and Land Grab starting development now and the construction will start development in 2013. But nothing on how it's actually going to be done so far.

Yes I know at least 2 people who are playing Diablo over PE but re,ember its summer! I imagine sept - march are probably the main times of year for playing games.

In other news, last night I joined the CLD owners club! :D

I was very lucky (hopefully). My soc mate managed to bag me 2 deeds in the final sell out after the 2.5mil dollar bulk buy. Just finally got us both on the same planet and paid the standard 2k for them :D

So I can join the gang complaining when I only get 4 (rather than 6) times more revenue than I would on a standard investment ;)

 

Not particularly, no. But at least with the amount i get to play these days, it does mean i don't deposit very much anyway and the payouts have allowed me to make some purchases i would have had to depo for previously.

 

so uh, are planet partners allowed to own clds?

Seems like it might be a big conflict of interest... and also a way to massively manipulate the market through supply/demand issues.
