can crafting have 100% success rate?

    can you keep crafting up to 100% success rate?

    or does it stop to a certain percentage?

    No.
    On blue prints with 100% quality rate you have 30% to 40% success rate to obtain desired item. Rest is so called near success and fails.
    TT return can go up to 95% and 5% go to MA as they need to earn a piece of bread and caviar on it.
    Also you will never have enough skills as skills are not capped so you will never reach perfection.
