Cannot get passed character creation

Yea, thousands of other games for kids to play who have access to their parents credit cards. MA DOES NOT want those little kiddies here screwing with the economy, having to deal with refunds, litigation, etc. While its a game, this is not a Kids game. Its a game that requires people to strategically manage everything they do: weapon and armor selection, economically managing bullets and item decay, hard bargaining and negotiating for deals and prices among each other player. If we had all those players that went to "thousands of other games to throw their money at" we'd also have "thousands of players in chat going "i'm new and i'm out of money can i get free stuff?"
