Last week we went to Holland in a big ass rented car (HUUUGE lol) to pick up all furnitures and items in Peters - soon to be X - apartment in Den Hauge! He finaly managed to sell it after 3 years - and since my 18-year old daughter is moving together with her boyfriend in CPH - and they are both poor students, we figured she could get a whole apartment-stuff for her b-day gift - if she wanted, of course. And she (they) was thrilled! There were a lot of things - fx a whole bedroom with a masterbed, closet, drawers, bedtables, a living room with a sofa/table, tv-table, a dining room with dining table, 6 chairs and a little extras like a laundrymashine/dryer + a dish washer - and all nearly unused ... I wish I had all this the first time I moved from home lol! It sertainly feels great to be able to give them a good start! And we where able to close and lock the place down - and end that chapter. One of the evenings we went to our favorite Greek place (yes, the one where they remember me because of the 'ohh you use to dance' comment years back. It must have been at least 2 years since we where there the last time and the waiter STILL remembered us!!! lol - and we suddenly remembered why we had such a great time there, with grilled Feta, Tzatziki - NOT to forget Beer and Ouzo! We didn't feel as if we had too much to drink, but the next morning - same morning we had to drive 12 hours back home to Denmark, we COULD feel it! It was a nice trip though - and everything wen't fine with picking up the furnitures and delivering them - and we also managed the HUUUUGE car without a scratch :D Week day started again - and Monday was busy - going to dentist, a meeting, picking up the little one etc. Yesterday I went to my first Spinning lesson - that was damn funny - but also exhausting (but in a good way of course). Thursdays and Saturdays are in the name of Zumba - and hopefully I will soon feel in kind of a 'shape' again! HAHA - I know, it will never be as it use to be - but I'm sure it can't get worse either! I'm already preparing the pages for the Next EntropiaTimes magazine - and I can only say ... it's gonna be AWESOME! We're so incredibly blessed with a great and professional working group of Entropians, helping out on the forum - and I really can't credit them enough for all the hours, work, energy they put into this place and making it the best place possible for the community! A big personal THANK YOU from here! I wish I had even more time to spend on the work with the forum, Magazine and community - but real life interfeares from time to time (and RL work too of course ;) ). Fx - this I wrote this morning from home - and will quickly post it later in a pause lol!!! Great to see all the new members here too :) I hope people like this place and will be more active here. Every members efforts and contribution to EP - even if it's just signing up - is appriciated and valued! Yesterday we just realized, that EP is one of the few 'independent' (not MA/Planetpartners own) forums left! I know that EF will be run by 711 - but it will still me MindArk/FPC related. FCP already link to the forum as 'the community forum' on their page - and has been for a while, so my guess is it's more official now than ever ;) Anyways, so long peeps - back to work here :D
I like the big ass car bit and drinking before having to drive back to Denmark the next day lol. Good to see things are moving along and working out with you guys :) All the best ~ Lavaz0rz
lol thanks :D we didn't like it THAT much but took an extra hour on the right side ;) But yes, things are wrapping up nicely thanks :) And welcome back to EU ... again :D hahah .. I'm gonna tie up your skills to your brain this time!! NO MORE I tell you, NO MORE!
Thanks for the welcome back :) The new car is on hold for another 2-3 years, I got the old one serviced and it is running beautifully again. I got a new engine block put in for 2,500 reconditioned so it should be right for a few more years at least.
