Err... Am I the only one who is thinking that a VU on a friday might be risky?

Okay, only 17 days to wait, but really guys, a start on friday? We KNOW that after VU 11.5 the VU 11.5.1 is needed the next day. That is one thing we have learned over the last years again and again...

 

I would rather it be on Friday, not at work and can explore all day!! :)

 

Yell for game thath people play most on friday night and saturday and sunday, may be there is logic to start it in friday.
I think people that work for MMO games must work more on the weekends than on mondays.
and I'm not sure that new planet means new VU

 

Hm... Then do the Introduction on thrusday, so the programmers can bugfix friday. But you are right, with the new "dynamic content download" most of the data will be downloaded while EU can be still online.

On the other side, at least a minor VU is necessary: The new TPs have to be implemented as well as the connections between the planets. And the Auctioneer/TT-System on NextIsland needs to be added to the existing servers, so we can use it. ^.-
