MSM CLD Revenue Numbers Published

November 8, 2011 saw the introduction of Calypso Land Deeds that not only provide Calypso citizenship to holders of the deeds, but also planet-wide revenue sharing. Sixty thousand (60,000) Land Lot Deeds were auctioned and sold to participants at a potential value of 1000 PEDs ($100 USD) each.

Those in possession of the CLDs receive a share in the Planet Partner Gross Revenue. Based on the performance of Planet Calypso during the previous twelve (12) months, it was determined that there was a potential Return on Investment (ROI) of the CLDs to be between 27% – 30% per year.

Each CLD entitles the holder a share of 50% of the Planet Partner Gross Revenue generated by Planet Calypso. Payouts of the revenue share dividends to deed holders is made once per week, as opposed to once per year, or even once per month for many other investments. It is noted that the success and profitability of the planet will determine the revenue received.

It was established that once every six (6) months, MindArk, developer of Entropia Universe, would publish audited figures so that deed holders can verify their revenue share payouts. Today (10/24/12), MindArk presented the first audited figures for CLD revenue between January – June 2012.

Audited revenue sharing for Planet Calypso shows that the return to Calypso Land Deed holders totaled $708,573.00 for the period mentioned, which is equivalent to $11.81 per deed (60,000 deeds in total). The following Planet Calypso revenue share numbers was audited by PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), Göteborg, Sweden.
