CLD Sale Update 2 Since the direct trade method of distributing Calypso Land Deeds has proven to be so popular and fair, MindArk has decided to distribute the remaining 2000 CLDs in a similar manner. The MindArk official avatar James Bowerbird Estatebroker will be online in Fort Ithica on Planet Calypso at the following times: Wed. November 7, at 1100 UTC. Each avatar will be allowed to buy a maximum of two (2) Calypso Land Deeds via direct P2P trade, at the price of 1150 PED each. Thur. November 8, at 1600 UTC. Each avatar will be allowed to buy a maximum of five (5) Calypso Land Deeds via direct P2P trade, at the price of 1150 PED each. Fri. November 9, at 0400 UTC. Each avatar will be allowed to buy a maximum of five (5) Calypso Land Deeds via direct P2P trade, at the price of 1150 PED each. Sat. November 10, at 1100 UTC. Each avatar will be allowed to buy a maximum of five (5) Calypso Land Deeds via direct P2P trade, at the price of 1150 PED each. Five hundred (500) deeds will be available each session on a first come, first served basis. The limits on the number of CLDs available to each avatar apply to each individual session. For example, it is permitted to acquire two deeds on Nov. 7, and five more deeds in each of the following sessions. Please have patience and common courtesy when initiating trade requests with James Bowerbird Estatebroker. Interested participants are required to form an orderly line and wait their turn in order for their trade request to be accepted. Any participants found attempting to purchase more than the permitted number of Calypso Land Deeds in a single session or to otherwise disrupt or abuse this offer will be subject to sanctions against their Entropia Universe account, including possible account bans. Any CLDs acquired in such a manner will be subject to transaction reversal. Thanks once again for your support of Entropia Universe! Continue reading...
hmm so saturday then... not a lot of choice there unless you fancy getting up in the middle of the night GMT
for me its mostly working time ^^ I just wonder if the last sessions when everyone can buy 5 deeds will be long enough (ie. trade enough avatars) to serve everyone who wants to buy deeds...?
yeh I think having the only time most people can make it being the last chance is a little odd... it would be better to have an EU evening time release and then we at least have the option for getting up in the middle of the night if we fail to attend no one wants to speculatively get up though if they don't have to ah well
yeah.. it did fail a bit .. Thursday I tried to attend, at the designated time line was allready so long .. ppl who allready are in queue would not get any deed before James run out of those 500. queue was going slow, far over 50 ppl in front of me and James announced under 200 deeds left.. go figure .. I bought deeds from someone selling for 1180ped and logged off. I heard later he ran out far far in front of my spot, ppl left line.. then he announced to sell more deeds (maybe leftovers from before) .. he did go on, reduced to 3 deeds per person .. just to server everyone who waited. some ofc been left out because they left when then end was announced after 2 hours of waiting... :( Friday there was no chance of increasing, so after 500 been sold it was over. you had to be there one hour early to have a chance to get deeds. I wonder how it will be like tomorrow, the best date they offered and only 500 deeds left. Maybe they should reduce the deeds to be sold per person to 3 .. I wonder if logging in 2 hours early would be enough .. .. luckily I did allready buy my deeds ..
