CND Apartments

Got one. Happy w/ it, even if storage stays on CND.

However, my understanding was that CND storage was a temp issue unitl apts come back.

 

Oh really? Where did u read that? tbh I thought it would not be a temp thing at all..

Atleast I dont recall reading it anywhere..

 

I didn't hear it was a temp thing either - but everything from all appartments has been collected in the storages (both things from my app on Eudoria + shop has ended there) and my guess is they needed storages to do the same on CND. I didn't hear anything about them saying they would remove them again though. Why is it bad to have storages up there anyway? It will only make the asteroide more active, when people can stay up there for a little longer ...

 

yeah does kinda stop any.need to have one for storage, but now you can stay up longer, anyone has storage. im assuming ma's original idea for estates wasnt storage but for them to be used as homes.

Maybe we will see updates in the future giving them greater use. now that i think about it they should become the place you retire to after a long day hunting.

things like personal terminals, a ingame tv/radio system could help estates become places like that.

 

I agree, even though we have a whole floor up there, I still believe some day it will come at use ;) Even with storages, some likes to have a place to *show*. Unfortunately ours are empty

But yes, for CoL (just to take an example) it would be neat also to make a church up there where people can go - now they will because of the storages :D

(... and I want a tv ...)

 

yeah, you can already get some kind of tv, , jamhot tv, but i think it could be updated to allow LIVE tv like thevnew jamhot tv on jamhottelevision.com but ingame

 

Perhaps I misremembered one of the FAQ/content list/Marco comments I was thinking of.

 

i cant find it back but on ent forum there was a threat mentioning all thses things being temp... still c some guys on cnd buying from miners but quit a few will be out off business.

 

Me think Storage on CND are there to stay but Teleport service is temporary .

I also think that the Storages will work the same way with new planets.
If you are on Rocktropia for ex you will not have access to items in storage on Calypso, and vice versa.

That would actually make sence :) And I would beleive this will be the way it's gonna work too.

 

definately, otherwise there will be little seperation of the planets.
