Conan O'Brien's New Show Could Have Been On Xbox Live

Earlier today, we brought you the news that ex Tonight Show host Conan O'Brien is launching a talk program on TBS, but here's an interesting addendum: According to Deadline.com, O'Brien's team spoke to Microsoft about premiering his show on Xbox Live. Can you imagine a Conan-take on a mass participation show like Live's 1 Vs. 100? How amazing/disastrous would that have been?

I'm sure Conan's people were talking to everyone who had a platform for a program after the break-up with the Tonight Show, so it's not exactly surprising that he spoke to Microsoft, but it makes me wonder whether this represents Xbox Live moving toward more mass-appeal programming.
