Max amount of consignment slots would be the number the shop can hold, no more. In the past I got involved in consignment deals that turned sour because I was allowing people to let me try to sell more stuff than there was slots for in the shop... that's actually how I ended up holding thousands of blueprints, which I finally just ended up outright buying from the folks involved (those are for sell still if anyone's interested) That won't happen again since this time round I will limit total number of items to max number the shop can hold.
