I bet my dung that BIG is in on this, I actually believe there is already a deal in place.
There is one thing I could look up in game but I can't be bothered to spend time/ped on that.
There is however credible evidence already available that they are in on it, but they wont talk.
More evidence than just the free warps for sweat events over at NI.
But you need to play the game to SEE this...
I'm sure BIG had a big influence in MA spending time on fixing missions and other bugs over there.

And for the record, I love the fact that something happens to NI, that it is not just collecting dust!

 

BIG are in on it. Someone running the FB page confirmed it when I asked them.

 

They said, Neverdie had influenece.
They said, rich sheiks from Creative Kingdom / Digital Scryers had influence
They said, rich sheiks from Toulan had influence.
They said old Monria team had influence.

What I can SEE is, that only Team Arkadia has some influence ($) and that the "new team" of Monria gets some attention with its introduction phase. Lets wait and SEE.

I still play this game and super-slow-motion progress on Next Island, is something that is omnipresent everywhere. Universe wide.
I dont have contacts to "BIG" players, but the progress I can SEE, doesnt feel like a "big preparation" to me. And just because David Post is using twitter...lol...but hey, that would be only me, right ? ;)

 

Indeed it is just a lot of enthusiasm, maybes and hot air at the moment. There is nothing concrete here.

 

the website got some updates over the last month. The "Wiki" is amazing :)

 

Looking at that video... seems there a few things I must have missed when I was there. But I have to admit I didn't go to ND's bit... and I'm guessing that is moved to RT now?

 

I think its just gone... ND cut his servers in half so I doubt he had room for all that empty nothingness...

 

The former 'Club Neverdie' part of Next Island is now called Secret Island and logically a part of Rocktropia, meaning you can reach it only from there, but technically still shares a server with Next Island.

 

How on earth did you find out about the technical sharing thing? But yeh I knew it was now Secret Island but don't know how you get there from RT

It was in the first days when this Vixen pet was all the rage, and Secret Island had just been introduced as well. Don't take it as a guide. It was one of those days of genuine gameplay, finding things out the fun way without doing much homework first. I made several wrong guesses and assumptions. My mind was obviously clouded

 

Any Apple fanboys out there going to try the game on their phone?
