Paypal has now resolved the disturbance with their payment system that started 2015-09-17 and we have enabled for Deposits and Webshop purchases again. Source
Thanks Lootius I'm not longer one of the payers! Once upon a time at my bank I had a talk to my banker about a credit of 3000 Euro to buy my UL Niflheim. She offered to me a credit card as well. But I refused it. Why? So far it was easy: I bought Paysafe Cards at the petrol station next to me to pay for EU ... until 10 pm (after 3 Beers). Occassionally later at midnight I found tempting offers at auction (after 6 Beers). Without money I was unable to make an impulse buy. Next day (after 0 Beers) I could decide better and it saved my arse several times. What if I had the possibility to deposit via credit card? I would have burn much more money there. Than Paypal appeared. Deposit whatever you want whenever you want. Fortunately at this time I was on my way out of this rip-off game. I wouldn't dare to come back now.
