We are looking into this and have already messaged MA about this issue. So far, to the best of our knowledge you are the only one from NI that has encountered this. As soon as we have a response I will update.

I downloaded the patch and signed into EU just fine this morning, but, yeah, others are reporting problems. Are you able to run Repair and get into Next Island?

 

Getting into NI isn't the problem, its getting into EU that is the problem. I started to dl the update and its crashing at the Client Loader before the update had finished installing. And from the link Jay posted its doing the same for alot of people. Running repair now, but I don't think that is going to help.

 

Repair does nothing.

It seems to be an Entropia-wide issue with Windows XP, Mindark's been made aware of it.

I'm really sorry you're having problems with logging in -- we have a lovely mission and new blueprints in yesterday's release, and I can't wait for you all to play them!
