Duplicate posts and web page not available

    I think these problems have appeared before, not sure what caused or cured them.
    - Today I received private messages from a couple of people, and received a duplicate message each time.
    - When posting a new thread, I hit the submit button and the screen said that I was posting a duplicate to another thread, and it redirected me to this other thread, which turned out to be the new thread I had just submitted, not a duplicate at all.
    - When posting comments in a thread, many times after I click submit I get a page saying,

    "The page cannot be displayed

    The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings."


    message. When I back up and refresh the page, my post has been added correctly to the thread.

    I had a two similar ' web page not available' but the post went through. anyway.

    Hmmm last time it was a misbehaving plugin, which I uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked again. I wish I could remember which one :confused:

    Maybe it is time to start keeping a log of fixes LOL. Little sticky notes EVERYWHERE hehehe

    Good idea that Bunny. This forum usually serves me quite well and I can put comments in the code to remind me - this one was just a bit wierd cos it's one of those 'turn it off - turn it on' things.

    I think I found the right one though - so note to self - Spam blocker plugin!

    edit: or not cos it just happened to me again :(

    Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!! What happened to the Gratz buttons, they are missing from all posts. Whaaaaaaaaa!!! The sky is falling! :hehe:

    Stilll looking for the fix for this - let me know if yu are still getting wite sccreens, duplicate posts etc.
