Entropia Universe 11.5.6 Release Notes

i guess this info is pretty much the same, only with different words...

The Entropia Platform now supports 3-D Secure for card deposits. This technology is an international security standard used by most VISA and MASTERCARD card issuers.


After 11.5.6 release, the following transaction rules applies:

Accounts with Verified cards: Deposits can be made via both the Entropia Universe website and the in-game Transfer Center.
Accounts without a Verified card: Deposits have to be made via the Entropia Universe website.
Accounts with Verified cards connected to 3-D: Deposits can be made via both the Entropia Universe website, where 3-D secure requires authentication, and the in-game Transfer Center.
Accounts with newly registered cards: How deposits are made depends on if the card is verified or not, see above bullets. From now on, registration of a new card has to be made via the Entropia Universe website.

if you wonder why i am posting it since its pretty much the same text, i do so to show that all the info that can be found about this patch all revolves around the 3d secure thingie... i seriously doubt we will get BPs in this VU either :/

i just downloaded and installed the patch, it took less than half a minute to do so... so... this VU didn't carry any loot either i guess :/

 

and confirmed, no new blueprints in this VU... :(

frank mission still not fixed either, and rookie equipment not implemented.

another great disapointment.... for a month ive had to deposit deposit deposit deposit deposit just to be able to play, and i have lost a fortune now, i cant afford this anymore.. this is getting frustrating ><

I understand how frustrating this all is for you. Trust me I want some things fixed/implemented on Next Island just as much as you all do. Hopefully soon (next update - crossing figers) NI will get some things to get this planet moving again...

 

I Think. This planet will not servive if the things are fixed son! I will not deposit any more! I Wait for the things are fixed and implemented!

im done with deposits and since i cant play without selling my stuff to TT i think i will retire from entropia untill the patch is released... :|
dont get me wrong, i know what programming is like, and i fully understand (though more feedback on the forum from the developers would have been nice, and i am pretty sure everyone here thinks so, and im sure you lost alot of players in favor of planet calypso since its been so very very quiet from the developers)... it's just getting a bit too frustrating and costly now, so i will give entropia a rest untill i can play again

 

Sorry to see this but expected it based on Meg's guessimate of first of Feb for a vu for NI. I do thank her for that, it helped make the dissappointment go down a little better than the other VUs and patches we've all hoped would have something good in them. I have to admit, still love the place, but enthusiasm has waned now and find myself logging in and logging back out, and like others the deposits will stop for now until they are earned a bit more. The atmosphere that was so special the first week or so has changed as well, different people hanging around now, others gone who were so exicited and supportive at first, more arguments and the negative side of EU seeping into the all chat conversations, bad or just incorrect info and advice being given to the noobies, more now of those who love to simply hang out and show off rather than those who actually just help out regularly or when passing through etc. It's not even two months old yet, and already I miss it lol.

WTF MA

Almost one month now and no content updates, not the much needed turrets for next island, nor a simple one that usually comes right after xmas to remove the snow and trees.

We need answers to wtf is going on asap,

Im beginning to fear for EU's current situation, it doesnt look good, multiple very bad financial reports, now this month of near silence from anyone offical plus no oncent updates.

For all we know by all this, ma could have gone bankrupt. only to bring in more secure deposits to remove any chance people try extrem lengths to get thier cash back.

Since this game involves real money, i think we need an explanation ASAP



Lets not even forget the fact ma have gone way past their estimated time to bring all features back and failed to apologize and explain why.

But then again why break a habit of a lifetime?

Ofc im wasting my time even trying to post my concerns whare ma can see it, because they dont even acnowledge we exsist anymore.

I guess i was just foolish to hope diffrent people incharge of other planets would mean things would change, but seems ma still find a way to stunt new planets growth and fuck things up. Since they have no concept of what deadlines are.

Ill go away now and watch sg1 before i annoy anyone.
