I got this in my mail just minutes ago

Dear Entropia Universe participant,
The Entropia Universe Conditions of Use (EULA) will be updated on Monday, the 3rd of July.
We kindly ask you to pay particular attention to the date when accepting the Conditions of Use, as this will indicate when the update has been completed.
