Gothenburg, Sweden - December 3, 2012 - MindArk, the developer of the largest Massively Multiplayer Online Real Cash Economy (or MMORCE), announced today that Entropia Universe was voted the number 2 MMORPG by independent website TheTopTens. This list puts Entropia Universe, and its various planet partners, only behind World of Warcraft in terms of popularity.

"There are many places for fans to go and share their opinions on what games they spend their time and money on, but there are so few that clearly aggregate the data to show what the community as a whole thinks," said David Simmonds, CEO of MindArk. TheTopTens is a collection of visitor created top ten lists categorized by list type and made available for users to add to and vote on as they see fit. In this case a user, not affiliated with MindArk in any way, posted a poll on what MMORPGs were the best. The poll was voted on over 1000 times by different users, with Entropia Universe garnering 11% of the vote.
