I see your society has also been victimised and yes that is how far certain people can go if nothing is done to prevent them. Therefore giving name to the authors can be a good way to prevent it.

And I know that some people would love to see my society crumbling, just like they tried with yours, because some people just cannot stand the success of others, apparently.

People who like to gossip usually do so counting that the involved woint discuss matters deeper. Discussion is therefore nescessary to understanding whenever there is misunderstanding.

Sorry Lord, you seem to have misunderstood me. Those points I made where guidelines I use on PCF(planetcalypsoforum), on NI I have not yet had to decide if I had to take a stand against a dishonour. But regularly on PCF I have been fighting a one man battle against a group of people I like to call the Inquisition, I was just giving you the guidelines I use when picking what battles to fight. The only person you need to answer those questions to is yourself.

4) Will you continue to push the issue even when your posting on a forum where bans are handed based on popularity(PCF)? What I meant by this is that my fights with the Inquisition on PCF will generally end in me getting a temp ban, because the mod there prefers to rule with the majority. So the question asked is if the issue if worth it, even knowing you will be silenced. Now I don't think you have to worry about that here, Enzo doesn't seem like the guy who will use his mod abilities to make friends by silencing unpopular opinions.

3) Will you stand alone on the issue? What I meant by this is, does the issue mean so much to you that even with no-one supporting you(publicly at least) would you still fight for it.

2) Is the issue important enough that you will take on entire forum to bring it to light? This ties into 3

1) Is the issue really worth getting in a fight about or is the fight petty and demeaning to everyone involved? What was meant by this has a couple parts to it.
a)Is the issue worth it, or is bringing it up going to hurt your arguments on potentially future issues.
b)A question to ask yourself as the argument continues, has the argument reached a point where both sides are just demeaning themselves by continuing. If it has reached that point then there is no point to continue it.


Like I said I am not taking sides, simply acting as mediator. These are just guidelines I use, you can chose to use them or not. But I find when you are arguing for honour you win regardless of what happens. As the Hagikura teaches, defeat your opponent in spirit and you have won, regardless of the outcome of the battle.

Like I said before, I tp'ed in made a comment about the island being on fire, you were moaning and groaning about what was going on. I mentioned about going over and getting some free skills by healing the cars that where there and your continued to get bent out of shape and cussing at me, and at NO time did I call you any names or insult you as you did me. I even walked up to you and asked you why you were getting on my case and how the situation had anything to do with me. After listening to you go on for 5-10 mins I left the area!

As I said in the thread that obviously got removed, I can see your point but you went about it in the wrong way. And as I also said, I will go out of my way to avoid you in the future........I don't associate with liars!

I will say no more on the subject, This is a game and I come here to have fun, not to debate with someone that has his head up his ass.

 

We all have different aproaches to problems.

I tend to solve mine.

The only reason selfish people get away with their misdeeds nowadays is because they count on people not pointing out what they are doing, so if such people are allowed to get away with lies, hey, they will! Life already taught me that so I am rather sensible on this area indeed.

When I am wrong I back out, I apologise, I will do anything in the world to make up to it, therefore, I tend to expect the same, oh what a shame.

As I am a new character on this universe, I see I need to state how I roll.

Most posts here pointed to the fact that I (and several others, hellooo) would be right, the former topic was deleted not to cause any further embarassment to the involved (much probably because they begged to have it removed), I have however received thanks for posting it by the pertinent people, for the post.

Another, based on the posts I saw previous to mine on this topic, people seem to agree that there are a few Calypsians who seem less than willing to make NI a better place, and trust me if you dont trust previous posts: I am really not alone on my statements, I just do not wish to drag more poeple into it as the topic has been solved.

And even if I was alone which is clearly not the case as others took pictures and filed complaints, that still would not make me wrong, you do understand this universal principle, right?

So please (and I ask please once again) liars and cheaters, finger pointers and blame shifters (not stating any names now as this seems somehow to give them some absurd sense of entitlement): if you dont want to be pointed out and exposed for what you did wrong, just don't do it next time, no need to theatrically avoid me forever as you are defiunitly not the victim, just dont try to shift blame and point fingers at who is doing the right thing, this is not mature behaviour.

I have my reasons for insisting in solving this misunderstanding as I was dragged into it by less than well intended people, what are their reasons for insisting is beyound me.

 

What is the real problem?
People who explode or people who work with tools that cost money?
I'm the one who pays to have skills in different forms!

its may.... am still waiting on an OFFICIAL voice to lay down the law.... i have been asked by some of our new players/society members... the problem is i have nothing to tell them... where is a rule book? also this is not a request for "old and tired" / ubers to remark on how things should be... i have heard enough complaints from a certain few while hunting. i want to know the real truth... so we can play properly and help mold the new players to be the best they can be, without unknowingly breaking the rules. is there a site we are missing? or a rule tab built in game we don't know about?
