Not exactly a "game" but couldn't find a misc on this forum. This is a collaboration with the BBC's stargazing live event that is happening mon, tue, wed this week. Going to an event in my city that is part of it tonight.

As part of the event they have a 250k classifications challenge. The idea is to get the public to look for patterns in data from the Kepler mission (you can even download it as csv). They are hoping to find a planet in 48 hours. Right now the take up is fantastic and they are well on the way to meeting the target.

Its kinda fun so have a go if you have a few mins. It doesn'thave to be in the next 48 hours though. Thats just something they are going for in this event. The project is ongoing.

I actually went to a public lecture on this project (galaxy zoo at the time) last year so its really cool to see them using the same crowd sourcing technology for the Kepler data.
