Microsoft is seeking volunteers who want an early look at the next dashboard update before the general public.The Preview Program will give you the chance to enjoy ESPN on Xbox LIVE, Zune music, Netflix search, the new Xbox LIVE dashboard, and new updates to Zune video and Family Settings on your Xbox 360. Pretty nice for no money, eh?

Here's how it works: Point your browser to this site, and sign up. They are looking for multiple thousands of participants, so your chances of making it in are good, although your chances are better if you're a Gold member. While the program is for both Gold and Silver users, priority will (as always) go to the gold.

Microsoft stresses that this in not a test for Kinect, so if you sign up, they won't be sending you one of their motion-control cameras. Sorry.
