Nostalgia hounds take note: According to Eurogamer, Sega is continuing to release Dreamcast games on the Playstation Network and Xbox Live. Early 2011 will see the release of digitally remastered, downloadable versions of seminal rhythm game Space Channel 5 and fishing simulator Sega Bass Fishing. Fishing is nice and all, but the return of of coolest-ever video game chick Ulala from Space Channel 5 is cause for celebration, especially with newly nice-ified visuals. They're calling it Space Channel 5.2, and it apparently includes the rare, barely released in America sequel Space Channel 5 2. Shu! Shu! Shushushu! "The release of these games marks SEGA's ongoing effort to bring its best-sellers from the Dreamcast era to the latest consoles," said Haruki Satomi, Vice President of Digital Business at SEGA. "We want to enable a new generation of players to experience some of the most celebrated titles our video game history has to offer, while at the same time appealing to our enthusiastic and much appreciated community of fans." What do you guys think? Are you excited over these older games coming out? Did you play the original Space Channel 5? Source: Eurogamer More...
