Looks like Arkadia has it's own version of the Chirpy. From what I have seen they are not aggressive and will not attack you unless you attack them and even then the damages they do is close to nothing (first test is max. 3 damage). I wonder how they taste.
One other thing I noticed is that they has a parameter around them you can't enter, so they won't be in your face all the time. Not sure if I have seen that in other mobs already.
