As announced yesterday, Hulu Plus is coming to your PC, iPod, game console and other devices. For $9.95 a month, you'll be able to watch Hulu's programming anywhere. According to the Hulu launch trailer you see below, Hulu will be coming to the PlayStation 3 in July. That's the good news... the bad news is below the cut. It looks like Hulu Plus will require a subscription to Sony's new PlayStation Plus to work. The info comes from Technologizer, who located some source code on Hulu's site that reads: “The instructions below will help you install Hulu Plus on your PS3. Note: you must be a subscriber of the PlayStation Plus Network.” It's not confirmed, but it looks like two different "Plus" subscriptions will be required to watch Hulu through your PS3. The grand total cost: $170 a year. Before you get angry, consider this: Netflix requires a Gold membership on your 360, and when Hulu comes to Microsoft's system, it will require a Gold account as well.
