Nintendo's 3D handheld the 3DS may get 3D video chat. According to Nintendo's Satoru Iwata speaking to Forbes, "Technologically speaking, a variety of different things are possible with the 3DS, for example, 3-D video chat." Hmm, it may be technologically possible, but design-wise, it will present a challenge. As Kotaku points out, the camera for the 3DS is on the outside of the device, so it's mysterious how that chat would work. It's possible, though, definitely.
