"Hacked By KaraTufan" Alert

Sorry for alarmist title, but a site run by the soc that I am with was hacked! This must have been done very recently. The message I got in trying to access the site was:
Hacked by KaraTufan - followed by 'Cyber-Warrior' in small letters underneath. I can only guess as to how many other host's servers have been hacked by the same.

 

Many thanks. Luckilly, it turns out that the soc member who owns and runs the site uses a CMS and the data is backed up regularly, so I've been told it should be back up very soon, but it was certainly a bit of a nightmare.
I just wanted other socs who have a website to know that there is a hacker on the loose that might target other EU related sites. Needless to say, ppl on our soc will be asking the hosting service what is going on with their server security!
