Today in 2011 was the day Planet Arkadia launched and we at Entropia Planets like to congratulate Arkadia Studios with the second birthday of Planet Arkadia. During these past 2 years a lot has happened and Arkadia went from a small new planet without it's primary system active to the second planet in the universe with now all it's systems up and running and with the advertisement doing pretty well it seems, more new players join this planet every day. Arkiversary - he, he ;) Planet Arkadia felt right from the moment I arrived at 8 Coins HQ within hours of it coming online. I then spent the next few hours zigzagging west-east, north-south getting all the TP's. Great planet for EU.
In my opinion, Arkadia has the most progressive development team who does the most critical thinking about details, invites player participation and even taps player talent for content, as well as consistent with communication and quick attention to fixing things. For my PED, there is no other developer or team SO tuned into the needs and desires of the community, no one that uses a 2nd step mentality when designing future content, and not afraid to push the envelope when it comes to innovative thinking. I think the future of Arkadia will be surprising us all, and I think they've done an exceptional job in their first two years. Happy Anniversary Dave & the A-Team
When the parent company gets some of their better ideas AND video editing from Arkadia Studios, it makes you thankful for the A-team.... and a bit less admiring of Planet Calypso staff.
