Silently without even one of its 5000+ today's visitors noticing wiki celebrated its 2nd birthday today. Happy birthday wiki. Although 2 years is still very young wiki is about to face dramatic changes... To celebrate wiki's birthday and in anticipation of those changes I would like to announce the week of forms starting today (Monday). Week of forms means that each day a simple form making wiki editing a little easier will emerge. Which form do you want to have? Any suggestions really appreciated! The week of forms Monday Server Downtime Page and the Server Downtime Form The Server Downtime Page and the Server Downtime Form are supposed to feed EntropiaToday (a little news module which quite likely will go Beta later this month) and calendars and timelines (both quite likely to go Beta a week or two after EntropiaToday). That way a server downtime announcement can hardly be missed and will be easily accessible. Tuesday EntropiaPlanets Article Form This little form enables you to make EP articles appear in EntropiaToday. Wednesday Teleporter Form To add TPs to the wiki.
Ahhh ... we're talking about the "EP Wiki" and the 2 year birthday! :biggrin_1: And let me just say thank you (AGAIN) for all the hard work and dedication you give to make our EP Wiki the fabulous experience that it is, not to mention the depth of information that helps many. It just keeps getting better and better!
Happy Birthday to the WIKI!!!! And great work you guys have done with it. It's amazing. Perhaps we don't have ALL content in there - but we will. And the way the content in there is presented is just awesome! (Littl Wiki can take big brother EP in the hand .. he wasn't celebrated either when he turned 2 very recent )
After 2 rather lightweigt forms on Monday and Tuesday Wednesday brought a really heavyeight: The Teleporter form. It was that heavyweight that I almost didn't get it done. The style how TPs are displayed will be done by today is missing but will be done in by today.
