Just wanted to peek in and say, "Hello!" Just got up to NI a few days ago and have been enjoying it. I am not too sure how long I will be staying. I guess that will depend on player base, ability to market loot, yada yada. Glad I came over to this forum rather than stay on Next Island Life's forum. I just cannot possibly care less to see posts about someone's lame unlocked iPhone for sale. Enough of my mutterings. Happy HoFing! Habu
Hey there and welcome to EP. The Next Island Life forum has a bit of trouble these days, but the people behind it have been notified and we are told they are working on it. This forum is ever growing and we are delivering a lot of new stuff all the time. Often we are the first to bring the news from the universe and the EP staff is constantly looking for breaking news. We are currently working very hard to get our wiki up to speed and we have a few nice things up our sleeves for the future. If you are willing to help out with the wiki, by gathering info on Next Island for instance, please let us know and we will help you on your way. Oh and I love your avatar, we must be brothers, because I looked exactly the same when I was that age :)
Welcome to EP ... although I see that you've actually been a member since Oct 2011, but if this means that you will be more active, then all I can say is ... As RAZER says (in so many words), there's plenty going on here, and the environment is ever-expanding with new features, exclusive news, and just an all-around wonderful membership that provides interesting discussions. And please let me point out the EP Wiki that you can access from an icon at the top of the forum, if you don't already know that. Many have made great contributions for sure, but Tass and RAZER are truly the EP Wiki Wookie Gurus, and have been quite innovative. Then of course there is WAY much to say about EP's "admin" who gave us this awesome new forum environment. There are many features that make the experience quite fun, and he frequently adds new ones that make the experience even better. I think you'll like it here.
Thanks for the welcomes :) I appreciate it! So far, so good here. The information is great on this forum. I hope to be more active. As far as my trekkin' on NI, it has been fun but a bit frustrating. I guess I am spoiled by Caly and the amount of people making the economy and market happen on that planet. I depo, but not a HUGE amount so I have quite a bit of ped tied up in inventory with a smaller player base to get it sold to. I am sure population comes with time and updates. As far as some global love, I got some Cyclops and Shark to share some peds with me and my friends. Other than that, my boots are covered in monkey blood. :) I enjoy the mobs. The Drakes look awesome. In case anyone who reads this is in the position of power to be helpful, they could be a tad bigger. Afterall, they are baby dragons. The minotaur and cyclops are cool but the chimera was an epic fail graphically. Just a little feedback. Nothing to squish feelings. Alright, back to scraping the ground for bombardo.
