It's a dark, snowy morning here in Alaska. Thankfully, it has warmed up to 22F. (It was -10F on Monday .... brrr! ... my garage door froze shut.) While having my coffee, I was just thinking -- the reason I love NI is because it gives me a way to escape the dark and cold, even if just for a little while (virtually). Don't get me wrong: I love Alaska and I love living here. I've been here almost 20 years now and I can't imagine a more beautiful place to live. But the winters DO drag on. :p And I've noticed a few others from the great, white north on the forum as well. :D Anyway, I just wondered: Why do you love NI?
Funny, you play NI to escape the cold of Alaska. I play NI because the Ice Age scenario gives me an opportunity to experience that, albeit digitally!
