Islander of the month idea.

Okay just a rough idea I'm going to throw out.
Rocktropia has a Roctropian of the month feature and I figured we should have one too.
Some rough ideas I had for this are;
Islanders are nominated on the forums, no Islander can nominate themself or a soc member.
The top nominations are put to a forum vote.(say the top 3 or 4 nominated players)
The winner would get a forum article written up for them, with an interview. Much the same way the Rocktropian of the month event works. Maybe a blog post.facebook mention, etc.
Another feature I was thinking of is a ped reward for being named Islander of the month. I have briefly ran through a few rough ideas in my head for this. People could donate ped towards the prize but be unable to be named Islander of the month. This would be to prevent players buying the title.
Another option I considered was setting up a host. This host would handle all donations, be unable to vote or be nominated. The host would keep all donations confidential so that donators would still have the ability to be nominated.

Just a very rough idea I thought I would throw out there. Any and all ideas greatly welcome.
