... and she's only 3 months old. We have been talking about getting a cat for a while, but both Peter and I are allergic by nature towards fured animals. However, we do have a chinchilla (Chilli) and that's going pretty well. I had one pill since Saturday and nothing happened :) So ods are pretty good, that nothing will! Saturday I found this note in the Supermarket from someone having a small, female kitten - and a phonenumber, but no photos. I called when I came home, my oldest daughter was there - but Peter and my daughters BF was in some tool shop. The 'mother' of the little girl asked if she should drop by with her, and we could have a look. When I saw her I was already sold. We got her right away, because the lady already had 4 adult cats (who was mugging the little one) and 4 dogs. She had plenty, but the little one was her husbands little heart child, and he would be crying, she said, if he knew she was giving her away. I called Peter and he said, let's take her then - and when he came home he was just sold too! We already got 2 SMS that evening from the former owner asking how she was, but luckily we could tell, that she's incredibly good at using her toilet and that she seemed very happy :) She is a daddy's girl though, and she loves to cuddle and be scratched and petted (by everyone who has 2 min leftover for a little ear scratch). She's mummy's girl when she wants food or want's to sit on the keyboard and play around with the keys (and mouse ...). Her name was 'Lillemus' (Little mouse) - but we just call her *Lille* now - it also means tiny :) She's home alone today for the first time ... I wonder if we still have a sofa (and a chinchilla) when we get back home :P
Awww ... makes me want to go out and get one. Congratulations on the new addition to the family - she really looks sweet.
gorgeous.... I'd love one too, but I don't think the 2 Jack Russell's would be too favourable to the idea.
cute!!! really nice new appartment sharer, just take care when she grows up she might take over the lead ;)
This is Misty after Misty Lee the escape artist, because after she came to live with us she escaped out the bathroom window which was only slightly ajar and 2 floors up. She had been dumped by her owner and found wandering about cold and hungry..... We couldn't help but adopt her to our family as she is soooooo sweet and loving :) Funny but she's a Daddy's girl too :)
LOL Yeh she is soo awesome, and if she could get in the fridge she would have the Beer.... and anything else she could find as shes a little scavenger :D
Sweet ... she's a Calico Cat ... we had a family Calico years ago named Tabby with the same coloring as Misty. The Calicos are beautiful cats. Now I want one again.
> We just cleaned her box .. and she discovered her tail ... earlier, as you can see on the floor, she also discovered the plant ...
Oh thats interesting..........I have always known them as tortoiseshell (In either black or white, depending on their bibs) We also have our 2 fat boys.. a Ginger (Flip) and a Tabby ( Flop) who are not to impressed with the new arrival
Yup - the black and white with patches of orange are referred to as Tortoiseshell, and the other as Calico. It's interesting to note that the Calico is mostly female. I've never seen a male Calico. Cute video Lykke - she sure has a thing for her litter box, eh? :)
