They meant 'preventing' instead of 'permitting'. No biggie there, but in a mission description any mistakes or ambiguities can have consequences. Since I learned basic Swedish, I can somewhat see through their peculiar ways of expression, but ofc it should not be a challenge to the public to make sense of what they are trying to say. It is impossible to see these things from the inside, they should get it checked by a well-educated native speaker before any release. To a software developer these are afterthoughts, and the backlash comes as a surprise. Management ought to know better, at least when it begins to consume support time. It is called quality control.
