Due to an unforeseeable circumstance that has occurred with my family, I have taken a break from the game to make sure selling is the right thing to do.
I am looking to sell my land area and gun a few CLD as a package.
Prices:
OLA-59 (RUGA LAND)
SB – 175k PEDs
BO – 190k PEDs SOLD
0x0 (Tier 6.8)
SB – 36k PEDs
BO – 42k PEDs
CLD x 6
SB – 1450 ea
BO – 1520 ea SOLD
I am looking to sell all this as a package, if someone offers BO on all items + an extra 9k peds they can have all the skills on my avatar (you can strip it down as you please), the last skill count was around the 250k+ skill mark.
BO = 241120 peds + 9000 peds = 250000 peds Approx.
I am looking to sell the lot as a package to make a smooth transition out.

If I don’t get much interest in the whole package I will start to auction off the items starting as the SB I have set.
