Im looking at the hunting ladder... And.. I cant really make sense of the pos. of the avatars / teams... Why is zenct with 63 globals over bait with 187 globals? Or, if its the valye.. Why isent zenct first?.....
The way scoring is calculated in our system is a combination between global numbers and global value, calculated as a percentage of the total values of each, as this is a fair way to track scoring. The idea is to ensure that pure number of globals is not the deciding factor, nor is pure value of PED. After all, if one lucky avatar would have gotten a massive ATH, the pure value thereof would put him in the number 1 spot if we only went by value. We want to ensure that those who global a lot somehow get recognised for it, while still making sure the scoring system allows for lucky loots to have an impact on the avatar's rank on the ladder. In this case, zencts 29k Scipulor lifted him a few spots. I was going to explain the system later, but I guess now that you created a thread about it this will be as good a moment as any. P.s. Yeah.. I just thought others might wonder the same.. So thats why I asked in a thread.. Strict "please take a look at this" / "I think something is wrong" questions I have PM'ed you in the past ;)
