#4 It has been a while. Been quite busy with school starting again. I have also been to London for a weekend, which is like the capital of Drum and Bass. They're CD shops are filled with Drum and Bass and Dubstep CD's. I have bought four new ones; GetDarkerTv - This is Dubstep vol.3 Sub Focus - Sub Focus DJ Fresh - Kryptonite Netsky - Netsky So, one track from each of the CD's, the artwork AND an extra track! To start of with, I have this MASSIVE banger from the 'This is Dubstep vol.3' CD The Bar9 remix of Example with Kickstarts > Cover Artwork: Track #2 A very deep, low-tempo track by Sub Focus. It's called Last Jungle. Sub focus also had a hand in the original version of the above track. > Cover artwork: Number three! A very energetic tune with a fun video. This is Golddust by DJ Fresh > Cover artwork: Track 4, This has got to be my favorite Artist at this moment. A very chilled out track by Netsky, Let's Leave Tomorrow. The sounds of the sea are just lovely. > Cover artwork: Extra track! This is a style of DnB/Dubstep i haven't mentioned before. It features the higher tempo of DnB, together with the dirty basslines of dubstep. It's called Drumstep! The track is called; Rusko ft. Amber coffman - Hold on (Sub Focus remix) (Phew, quite a lot of Sub Focus stuff here! :3) This tune makes me go mental, over and over again! >
Ok no bongos here. I think it would take me a while to get into this genre. Maybe it is an age thing. Having said that it looks like we are in for a big VU or patch soon, and this blog would be a good place to chill when the 2 hour downtime stretches to half a day. I also played track #4 on top of the extra track. It is an interesting mix.
