Well, to print parts like this is pure stress:

In future I will limit the parts to 120x120x120 mm. (The raster is 10 mm.)

 

Slowly, very slowly it becomes a figure:

It's just loose sticked together. 100 hours printing and 1 kg material so far. But it seems it's absolutely worth it! Wife has accepted it already and is interested in the ongoing process.
Meanwhile 2 meters round steel arrived. Looks pretty massive. I will ask a local metalworker to bend and weld the legs of the chair. Unfortunately I have to deal with Christmas and New Years Day :-(
We have to visit the children :-(
All locksmith companies will be at Christmas vacation :-(
At least I will be able to print the missing parts during this hard times and can go on full throttle in January :-)

 

Ofc they will see all my works sooner or later. Unfortunately they arn't very interested in such things. As I am not very interested in what they do or like. A bitter lesson: We teached our children to walk alone and ask for help if it became to hard only. Now we have to live with completely different persons. But that's okay. The plan was: enable them to become independant persons. They won't care much about.

52 cm high meanwhile and 58 cm wide. Currently the printer makes the second half of the breast. I like it!

 

Well, it's not really business from my side. My main business is to relax, have fun and do foolish things. But yes, the important aspect is, that more and more people learn to use such technologies. It is new for mankind because we didn't learn that we can make so many things in our own little workshop.

 

Really? It seems my SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab S3 got an update and what happened? A reset to factory settings! I can't believe it! Thank you SAMSUNG for the nice Christmas present! Aaaaand: FUCK YOU SAMSUNG AND GOOGLE! I don't want all this Android- and Googlebullshit anymore. All my Apps and settings are gone ... sorry, I cannot understand that such things can happen. I will switch to Apple as soon as possible ... My daughter sent me a link to a nice looking design software already a few days ago.

Back in 1993 I had to decide to use Apple or Windows devices. The choice was pretty easy: 3D Studio R2 didn't run on Apple computers and they were much more expensive than Intel computers. From that day on I worked with Windows computers only. Latest experiance was to run SolidWorks on an Apple computer for a friend. That was hardcore! So ... no way to switch to Apple. Parallel I was always jealous of the comfortable and stable devices and software of Apple. I switched to Android and Samsung 2013 because I needed a tablet for vacation and warm summer evenings at the loggia. Apple and Microsoft devices were too expensive. This was definitely a mistake! I will still use a Windows PC as main device. But I will smash this tablet into the trash can ... or try to sell it. I don't really need a smartphone. But a tablet. It will be an iPad. Plus pen and keyboard: 1300 € minimum :-(

 

You should do at least some minimum sanding ;-)
