Locusta is a space mob that can easily be found, halfway between Next Island and Athena space stations (position 83110, 68863, 147). This is not my discovery: To find the spawn, I followed the indications given by danottimagic on PCF. Locusta Provider is a quite weak mob. Some pictures:
