   I had (still have) some of the comics "Valerian and Veronique".
   When I heard of the trailer and saw paper adds (never watched it), I instantly thought, could this be based on the comics ?
   Yes it is...think I got to watch the movie...I remember the surreal painting of this comic as a kid and how it fascinated me...I remember they were hunting "monsters"...thats it...
